• In order to show in Shiloh Saddle Club, you must have the original copy of your coggins, we will accept a photocopy only when signed by the veterinarian with different colored ink.
• NO ALCOHOL on grounds.
• For safety in speed events there will be no running through the gate at any time.  You will receive one warning.  If you do not oblige, you will be asked to leave without receiving a refund.
• All checks returned will have a $25 service fee.
• Boots and jeans are required for all classes (exceptions on costume class only).  Cowboy hats and show clothes are optional.  Judge will not count off points.
• Points System-

     1st place = 5 points
     2nd place = 4 points
     3rd place = 3 points
     4th place = 2 points
     5th place = 1 point
     Participation = 1 point

• High Point for each age group will receive the year-end award.
• No cross overs with the walk-trot classes & walk-trot-canter classes.
• No late class entries.  Once the show begins, you must sign up 3 classes ahead.
• NO REFUNDS
• Unsportsmanlike conduct WILL NOT be tolerated and, at the discretion of the show management, exhibitors may be ejected from the show without a refund.
• Parents-please keep track of children at all times-keep them away from the arena gate unless they are preparing to ride.
• Anyone caught abusing any animal or person, verbally or physically, may be ejected from the show without a refund.  All points earned for the day will be null and voided.
• Keep all horses out of the area between cookshack, announcer's stand and picnic tables.
• Please don't litter.  Clean up around your trailer before departing.
• Participants will receive a time for each horse they show; However, the horse with the fastest time will be used in the placing of the class. Only one time per rider will be given.
  * Participants in game classes being led will not earn points towards year end high point nor will they be placed in the class.  Participants in this class will earn participation ribbons.
