1.  In order to show in Shiloh Saddle Club, must have the original copy of your coggins, we will accept a photocopy only when signed by the vetrinarian with different colored ink.

 

2.  NO ALCOHOL on grounds.

 

3.  For safety in speed events there will be no running through the gate at any time.  You will receive one warning.  If not heeded, you will be asked to leave without receiving a refund.

 

4.  All checks returned will have a $25 service fee.

 

5.  Boots and jeans are required for all classes (exceptions on costume class only).  Cowboys hats and show clothes are optional.  Judge will not count off points.

 

6.  Points System-

     1st place = 5 points

     2nd place = 4 points

     3rd place = 3 points

     4th place = 2 points

     5th place = 1 points

 

7.  The Shiloh Saddle Club / Sho-Me Circuit Show will not count for Shiloh points but is open to anyone to show in.

 

8.  High Point for each age group will receive the year-end award.

 

9.  No cross overs with the walk-trot classes & walk-trot-canter classes.

 

10.  No late class entries.  Once the show begins, you must sign up 3 classes ahead.

 

11.  NO REFUNDS

 

12.  Unsportsmanlike conduct WILL NOT be tolerated and, at the discretion of the show management, exhibitors may be ejected from the show without a refund.

 

13.  Parents-please keep track of children at all times-keep them away from the arena gate unless they are preparing to ride.

 

14.  Anyone caught abusing any animal or person, verbally or physically, may be ejected from the show without a refund.  All points earned for the day will be null and voided.

 

15.  Keep all horses out area between cookshack, announcer's stand and picnic tables.

 

16.  Please don't litter.  Clean up around your trailer before departing.
